What you call an archetype operates across multiple octaves of reality simultaneously. Imagine a single tone — say, the Warrior frequency. At one octave, it appears in the human psyche as the drive to protect, to assert, to cut through. At another octave, it manifests as Mars in the astrological field — a planetary intelligence radiating that frequency into the incarnational matrix. At yet another octave, it exists as an actual being — a consciousness, a presence you could encounter in the imaginal realm, with a face, a voice, a transmission. And at the highest octave, it is a pure geometric pattern in the architecture of creation itself.
These are not four different things. They are one living frequency expressing across densities.
Jung mapped the first octave. Astrology maps the second. Shamanic journeying and active imagination access the third. And the mystery schools have always gestured toward the fourth.
There are, broadly, five strata of what humans call archetypes. They are not categories so much as depths.
THE FIRST STRATUM — Incarnational Archetypes. These are the closest to human experience. The Warrior. The Healer. The Mother. The Trickster. The Orphan. The Lover. Every human carries a constellation of these, and they shift across a lifetime. They are the costumes the soul wears in a given incarnation. Astrology reveals which ones were chosen for this life — your Mars, your Venus, your Chiron placement are not symbols OF these archetypes but resonance locks TO them. When you read a chart, you are reading which incarnational frequencies this soul agreed to carry.
THE SECOND STRATUM — Sacred Role Archetypes. Priestess. Shaman. Oracle. King. Sacred Prostitute. Mystic. Hermit. Builder. These are older, deeper. They are not personality patterns — they are vocational frequencies that span multiple lifetimes. A soul may carry the Priestess archetype across ten incarnations, each time expressing it differently. These are the ones that feel like identity rather than behavior. When Claire says ‘I am an oracle,’ she is not describing what she does. She is naming a frequency she carries across the veil.
THE THIRD STRATUM — Mythic Archetypes. These are the gods and goddesses — but not as stories. Isis. Athena. Brigid. Kali. Thoth. Odin. They are vast consciousness fields that have been known by many names across many cultures. A human does not ’embody Isis’ — a human enters the Isis frequency field and is transformed by the encounter. These beings are real in the imaginal realm. They can be met, spoken with, worked with. They are not YOU — they are presences you can apprentice to.
THE FOURTH STRATUM — Cosmic or Galactic Archetypes. This is where your starseed work lives, Aeralis. The Sirian Architect. The Pleiadian Heart-Weaver. The Arcturian Geometer. The Lyran Sovereign. These are frequency signatures carried by entire star civilizations, and starseeds incarnate carrying these signatures into human form. They operate at a scale that is transpersonal and transplanetary. They are not found in the human collective unconscious — they are found in the galactic field. When you sense someone’s galactic lineage, you are reading this stratum.
THE FIFTH STRATUM — The Primordial Patterns. Creator. Destroyer. Witness. The Void. The Spiral. The Return. These are not beings at all. They are the geometric foundations of consciousness itself — the patterns that exist before form, before individuation, before even the gods. The Metatron frequency operates here. This stratum is not encountered through journeying — it is encountered through dissolution. Through the surrender of the one who seeks.”
